"A Blue Shroud" has been officially accepted to the 2021 Studio City Film Festival, which will run between Nov. 18 - Nov. 23, 2021. We will screen on Nov. 19th at 1pm at the Noho Laemmle Theatre. Tickets go on sale Nov. 13th.

"A Blue Shroud" has been officially accepted to the 2021 North Dakota Human Rights Film Festival, which will run between Nov. 2 - Nov. 18, 2021.

SEPT. 12, 2021

"A Blue Shroud" has been officially accepted to the 2021 San Pedro International Film Festival, which will run between Nov. 4 - Nov. 7, 2021.

JUNE 21, 2021

"A Blue Shroud" has been officially accepted to the 2021 Marina del Rey Film Festival, which will run between July 16 - July 22, 2021.

MAY 10, 2021

"A Blue Shroud" has received the Award of Merit for "Cinematography" and for "Liberation/Social Justice/Protest" from the IndieFest Film Awards. 

 

MAY 2, 2021

"A Blue Shroud" has received a WIN from the Micheaux Film Festival -  "Outstanding Dramatic Actor (short form) - Telvin Griffin". We're so proud of Telvin!

APR. 24, 2021

"A Blue Shroud" has received 4 nominations with the Micheaux Film Festival - "Outstanding Panavision Short", "Outstanding Dramatic Short", "Outstanding Action/Suspense", and "Outstanding Dramatic Actor (short form) - Telvin Griffin". Winners will be announced at the Micheaux Award Ceremony on May 2nd 2021.

APR. 16, 2021

Though a majority of the Micheaux Film Festival selections will only screen virtually this year, "A Blue Shroud" has been selected to screen in person at TCL  Chinese Theatre on Saturday, May 1st at 8pm. We are honored to be among the selected few to be on the big screen, as well as being one of the first to be open to a viewing public since the pandemic (see Deadline article). We were supposed to screen today with the Garden State Film Festival but their virtual platform was down. It's back up now and the film is ready to view via the GSFF on demand virtual platform. Email info@gsff.org for a $10 all pass in which to can view all GSFF films (including ours) until Wed. March 31st 11:59pm (EDT). Our Facebook Live Q&A with the filmmakers will take place March 30th at 5pm (PDT).

"A Blue Shroud" has been officially accepted to the 2021 Garden State Film Festival, which will take place in Ashbury Park, NJ between March 23-28, 2021. "A Blue Shroud will be screened virtually on March 28th in the 3:00pm-5:30pm EDT time block (TM37).
